Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the start of a project.
Additional information received after research has commenced may affect the scope, timescale or cost of the project.

DNA Research

Fees and Payment
Research fees will be agreed before work begins.
Where additional research is requested beyond the original agreement, further charges may apply. No additional work will be undertaken without prior agreement.
Timescales
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
Research involving archives, libraries or third-party repositories may occasionally take longer than anticipated.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
Personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing genealogy services and administering your project.
